I've been writing for trade IT magazines for most of my career, covering issues of concern to IT managers and CIOs such as

- information management.
I've won an award for my work editing Mapping Awareness, judged at the Information Management Awards, have written a column for M-iD, and edited infoconomy.com and the XML & Web Services newsletter. I've also been IT Manager for two companies, so I have the practical experience to inform my writing and editing.
