Where:Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff When: 7.30pm. Monday December 8th 2008 How long: Two hours with a 20-minute interval following the warm-up How much: £20 I think
Well, the public have demanded it and only two weeks after the run finished, I'm reviewing Rob Brydon's stand-up act at the Wales Millennium Centre - Jerry Sadowicz tomorrow for those who voted for that review.
No. Not Matthew Horne. A woman. Or even an 'ethnic doctor' (instead of an 'ethnic actor' presumably). Oh the shock. I think I'm going to have a touch of the vapours
Although Dervla Kirwan (who'd know of course) reckons there's a shortlist of six actors for the part including Martin Clunes

Just to mix it up a bit with Today's Joanna Page, here's a picture (or two) from her visit to the iTunes music festival, where she managed to avoid falling asleep while being interviewed by Peaches Geldof - although Peaches clearly wishes she'd taken her Ritalin before having to do an actual, you know, like job for a change.
Here's JP miming a spinning class from when she joined a gym.
You can watch the full interview below on YouTube. Try not to throw a brick at your monitor whenever Peaches is on-screen.
You know, I will get round to a proper look at Miss Julie and This Year's Love, one day. I'm not just stalling for time, honest.
Trailers from BBC1 for its Christmas season have arrived on YouTube. Here's the drama one, with lots and lots of clips from Doctor Who and the Jonathan Creek Christmas special, among other things.
And here's the comedy one, featuring, among other things, clips from Gavin & Stacey, The Royle Family and that Blackadder documentary.
Today's Joanna Page comes from THE BEST AND LUCKIEST MAN IN THE UNIVERSE, Scott Matthewman, who recently interviewed JP for The Stage. He took lots of lovely pictures of our Joanna and was generous enough to offer this one to the blog. It's his so don't nick it, anyone.
As you might have noticed, she's in full costume as Cinderella to publicise her panto role this year. Notably:
She's going to have to sing. With Gareth Gates. Not at all nerve-wracking then
Her hubby's playing Dandini
Joannaphiles can consult the blog's looks at Mine All Mine and Bye, Bye Harry for previous instances of these phenomena.
Wed 07 Jan: There was a competitor on the UK's Strongest Man on Bravo tonight called "Glenn Ross". Do you think there should have been a Glen Garry as well, just for symmetry?
Mon 05 Jan: For some reason, Gavin proposed to Stacey at London Victoria station mocked up to look like London Paddington. Why's that then?
Sun 04 Jan: Quote of the Day: "Ginger Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did except backwards and in high heels."
