One thing I won't be talking about is why the Mac is no longer the central of my digital lifestyle, despite my promise to the contrary. Why? Because Apple has released iSync 2.1 and my shiny new Nokia 6630 works seamlessly with my Mac. A nice coming back present, don't you think?
The other complaint I had was that my Sony DSC-P200 doesn't work directly with iPhoto. Well, that's still true, although you can import the pictures from the memory stick which will at least mount on the desktop.
However, I took advantage of iPod photo camera attachment while I was on holiday. That allows you to connect your camera directly to your iPod and save all the pictures on your camera on the iPod. Nifty, huh?
Unlike iPhoto, this works just fine with my Sony, as does the iPod. So now I'm so impressed by my camera attachment, that's over-ruled my slight annoyance with iPhoto. Still, if Apple could kindly get their finger out and get it working properly, that would be great.
