Bite PR vows to change its ways

Gosh. I have a reader. How did that happen? Jonathan Hopkins from Bite PR just called. He's read my blog and has obviously taken to heart my comments about Bite. He'd like to know how Bite can improve.

I gave him a list of a few things the company could do and examples of when it hasn't exactly been brilliant. In return, he's promised to do his best to pull his company's socks up.

Is a new dawn breaking for beleaguered Apple journalists? Could a regime change at Bite bring about all hopes and dreams? Let's just see. I'm more impressed that I have a reader though.
