My friend's repair saga continues.

I am still wating for my iBook incidentally. Two weeks tomorrow and still no word despite having gone in twice to ask for an update... It seems the 'engineer' is never there and never has his phone turned on. The receptionist said she would call me today and let me know the state of play. Has she? Of course she hasn't. Has it been fixed? Has it even been looked at since I took it in a fortnight ago? I have no idea.

So, anyone looking to do business with “BMP Solutions Ltd” of Hull, UK, we recommend you look somewhere else!
