At the moment, CS3 is shaping up as a significant upgrade for MacIntel users. The Smart Filters feature is almost worth the upgrade price alone, while the other additional features are nice, but nothing really to shout about, unless they improve functions you use frequently. Whether Adobe add anything more to Photoshop by the time of its eventual release remains to be seen, but this beta has at least shown that there are good reasons to look forward to it.
